Licensed Clinical Aesthetician Gail E. Brown is licensed as a Clinical Aesthetician in Massachusetts and New York. Gail has been working at Berkshire Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery Center since 1998. She is certified in micro-dermabrasion and by Candela Corporation for clinical use of lasers. Office Manager Pam has been with BCRSC since May 2001. Pam started as the office receptionist and is now the Office Manager and is also responsible for all surgical and office scheduling.

Maria is a certified operating room technician. She joined BCRSC in 2022 after graduating from McCann technical school. Maria has a passion for helping and caring for people. She loves to spend quality time with her friends and family and loves to travel.

Medical Assistant Ashleigh joined Berkshire Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery Center in 2019.  She received her bachelor's degree in biology from Westfield State University in 2016. She worked as a veterinary technician for 7 years prior to joining the staff. She enjoys hiking with her husband, daughter and dog, and spending time with friends.

Operating Room Nurse Ruth Lennon,RN has been with Berkshire Cosmetic And Reconstructive Surgery Center for 6 years. Her professional experience includes wound care nursing, infection control administrator and floor nursing on both surgical and medical floors. She is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time with her family.          

Medical Biller   Jennifer joined Berkshire Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery Center in 2015. She completed her certificate program in Medical Assisting from Ashworth College in 2011. She currently serves as Medical Biller. Jennifer enjoys spending time family and friends, swimming and travel.

Medical Assistant Vanessa joined Berkshire Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery Center in the spring of 2014. She completed her certificate program in medical assisting at Mildred Elley. She has a background working in family practice and with ENT specialists.
