Office Manager Pam has been with BCRSC since May 2001. Pam started as the office receptionist and is now the Office Manager and is also responsible for all surgical and office scheduling.
Medical Biller Cindy, bring years of experience in customer service and patient care. She joined our practice in 2021. Cindy resides in Pittsfield with her significant other and her children. She enjoys quality time with her family and engaging in outdoor activities along with traveling.
Maria is a certified operating room technician. She joined BCRSC in 2022 after graduating from McCann technical school. Maria has a passion for helping and caring for people. She loves to spend quality time with her friends and family and loves to travel.
Medical Assistant Kate joined our office in October 2021. She graduated Mildred Elly from the medical assistant program is September 2021. She is very compassionate and caring and is an asset to BCRSC. When Kate is working, she spends quality time with her son Ben along with friends and family.

She worked as a veterinary technician for 7 years prior to joining the staff. She enjoys hiking with her husband, daughter and dog, and spending time with friends.
Operating Room Nurse Ruth Lennon,RN has been with Berkshire Cosmetic And Reconstructive Surgery Center for 6 years. Her professional experience includes wound care nursing, infection control administrator and floor nursing on both surgical and medical floors. She is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time with her family.
Medical Biller Jennifer joined Berkshire Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery Center in 2015. She completed her certificate program in Medical Assisting from Ashworth College in 2011. She currently serves as Medical Biller. Jennifer enjoys spending time family and friends, swimming and travel.
